Throttle control: moving the throttle full aft brings the engine to idle speed; full forward is maximum power. Rotate the knurled friction lock near the base of the throttle to adjust friction.

Press the button on the mixture control to move it forward (richer) or aft (leaner). For fine adjustments, the mixture also allows Vernier-type movement. Rotate the knob clockwise to enrichen the mixture and counter-clockwise to lean it.

The flap control is placarded with the appropriate speeds for approach flaps, and full flaps.
